It costs time
Four minutes to copy a design, walk it over and plug it in. Your numbers will differ. The arithmetic will not.
Works with
Nobody remembers the walk. Everybody remembers the ruined jacket.
Your machine has read a USB memory stick since the day it was built. The dongle plugs into that socket and acts like one. Nothing on the machine changes.
The dongle serves the app itself. Open it on any phone, tablet or laptop on your network.
The dongle set all four. You chose the machine.
Every machine has rules about where it looks and what it will read. You never meet those rules, because the dongle meets them for you.
A file name never tells you which design it holds. The dongle draws the real stitches, so you check the design before it reaches fabric.
Start typing what you own. If your machine is on the list, the dongle is already set up for it.

You should hear this from us now, not find it out later.
No alert when a thread breaks. No count of your run. The dongle moves designs. That is the whole job.
Your design crosses exactly as you made it. You can ask for a copy in another format. The original stays where it is.
Some files hold artwork rather than stitches, and no machine sews those. The dongle still carries them, and it tells you which is which.

We have run the dongle on a real Janome MB-4, a Janome MB-4S and an Elna eXpressive 940. On those machines we watched it work.
The other machines are on our list because we know what each one needs. Not because one has been on our bench. We would rather say that plainly. If your machine is on the list and something is wrong, tell us. That is the message we most want.
