Honest limits

Things it does not do.

You should hear this from us now, not find it out later.

It does not watch your machine

No alert when a thread breaks. No count of your run. The dongle moves designs. That is the whole job.

It does not change your files

Your design crosses exactly as you made it. You can ask for a copy in another format. The original stays where it is.

It cannot sew artwork files

Some files hold artwork rather than stitches, and no machine sews those. The dongle still carries them, and it tells you which is which.

What we have tested ourselves

We have run the dongle on a real Janome MB-4, a Janome MB-4S and an Elna eXpressive 940. On those machines we watched it work.

The other machines are on our list because we know what each one needs. Not because one has been on our bench. We would rather say that plainly. If your machine is on the list and something is wrong, tell us. That is the message we most want.
